Upgrading notes:

• Node updated to version 10.x, but npm has to be patched to work with the shipped version. See 904422.
• Rtorrent drops support for deprecated RPC commands
• MariaDB minor version bump removes some commands.
• Webpack & Typescript now in Buster (yay).
• Virtualbox still not in Buster.
• Java 8 DROPPED, now Java 11 is my best friend.
• The Java change in turn breaks neo4j.
• Presence of ibus leads to a weird bug with /etc/default/keyboard being ignored.
• gnome-settings-daemon has been broken up into sub-programs.
